The Challenge
Elite Insurance Partners wanted to enhance their lead generation capabilities from their website. Their primary target was people looking to purchase add-ons to their Medicare plans, and also sell Medicare advantage and PDP (Prescription-Drug Plans) to new leads. They wanted to leverage their website to scale their inbound traffic and improve lead conversion rates across their sales funnel.
The Solution
We worked with the team at EIP to conduct a thorough audit of their website, and identify areas to generate more leads. We identified the potential to build multiple landing pages for specific keywords. Each landing page would lead to a custom lead generation form that was interactive, and designed to extract all relevant information without it being a burden for a visitor.
The idea was to create an automated engagement process through which leads could discover personalized plans that were catered to their location and medical needs. This would mean leads could directly compare Medicare plans personalized to their needs, without getting on a call with a sales rep.
Foxsense Innovations helped in the design and development of all the landing pages (each for a relevant keyword), and also helped design and develop an interactive lead-gen form. We took care of everything from design to documentation of the new web system, along with the development and migration of existing content onto the new system.
With the new system, EIP saw an increase in conversion rates from their website, resulting in an increase in revenue.

Within a few months of deploying our solution, EIP witnessed a 150% increase to their website traffic conversion rates. The targeted landing pages, along with the personalized lead gen form, meant that website visitors were able to automatically compare and evaluate options based on their data. Even though we built several landing pages for visitors to learn more about available Medicare plans, all pages led to a single form that was able to seamlessly collect and push all relevant data to the company’s CRM.

The overall process was aimed to be informative for anyone who was confused on how Medicare works. Instead of being a confusing process that only involved data submission from visitors, we built an interactive tool that enabled them to learn everything required to make the most informed choice when choosing their plan. After a comprehensive tutorial, visitors have the option of viewing and comparing plans based on their preference. Visitors also have access to a range of filters to narrow down their choices.
